Return & Cancellation Policy

At Sapphire & Lace, all of our offerings are service-based — including workshops, private events, and mentorship sessions. Because of the nature of these services, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds.

We understand that life happens! If you are unable to attend a workshop or mentorship session that you’ve registered for, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Workshops: If you provide at least 7 days’ notice, you may be able to transfer your registration to another date (if available) or transfer your spot to another person.

  • Mentorship Sessions: If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
